Dr. Lyn Moss Sanders teaches this course with the focus on the important genre of Appalachian folklore narrative, the Jack Tale, through the eyes of collectors, novelists, performers and filmmakers. Requirements include weekely short response papers and a final collection project. The course is listed both as a graduate distance education course and undergraduate course, both of which are 100% online.
