If you see Matthias Kramer in the halls of Sanford Hall, please congratulate him. Matthias has recently accepted an offer to attend the University of Oregon's doctoral program in Comparative Literature. Oregon hosts the oldest department of Comparative Literature in the Western United States, serves as the seat for the flagship journal Comparative Literature, and has its own interdepartmental Center for Translation Studies. Matthias will graduate this term with a dual concentration in Lit Studies and Creative Writing as well as a major in East Asian Languages and Cultures.
