English 4550: Senior Seminar in Creative Writing
Reading and Writing the Short Novel with Didion, Denis, and Danticat
MW 3:30-4:45
We will read short novels and novellas by three masters of the form: Joan Didion, Denis Johnson, and Edwidge Danticat. As we range from Hawaii to Haiti, from Miami to the American West, you will write and workshop your own novella. Come stretch your bounds as a reader and a writer!
