Dr. Olga Menagarishvili received funding from iFixit to attend iFixit's Technical Writing Symposium in California this August and will start iFixit's Technical Writing Program at ASU this semester.
iFixit is a website that offers free online repair guides for various devices. iFixit's Technical Writing Program "offers a unique opportunity for student teams to create service documentation for a device using iFixit's collaborative online platform. The product of the students' efforts is a free repair manual for anyone to use" (https://edu.ifixit.com/prospective-universities).
Olga's ENG 3700 and ENG 3695 students will create repair manuals for 10 devices this semester. Congratulations, Olga!
